THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
DINGWALL ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic In Dingwall Road, Croydon.
2. the said works are taking place:-
a) The carriageway of Dingwall Road will be closed between Its junctions with the eastern and western arms of Lansdowne Road and the southern boundary of Ruskln Square car park, Dingwall Road.
b) The eastern footway of Dingwall Road will be closed outside the Ruskln Square car park.
c) The cycle lane on the western side of Dingwall Road will be closed between the roundabout at the junction with Lansdowne Road and a point opposite the southern boundary of Ruskln Square car park.
3. Whilst the Order remains In force, residents' access to Lansdowne Road up to Its junction with Walpole Road will be maintained. Pedestrians affected by the footway closure will be directed to the opposite footway and diverted onto private land. Cyclists using the cycle lane will be asked to dismount and use the footway.
4. The Order will come Into operation on 08 June 2024, and It Is anticipated that the work will be completed on 09 June 2024 (back-up dates of 15 and 16 June may apply If the work is delayed). The Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

FITZROY GARDENS UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate cabling works on behalf of UKPN, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Fitzroy Gardens, Upper Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Fitzroy Gardens will be closed to vehicular traffic from a point 30 metres north-west of its junction with Church Road to the common boundary of Nos. 4 and 6 Fitzroy Gardens.
b) The north-eastern (even-numbered side) footway of Fitzroy Gardens will be closed to pedestrians from a point 30 metres north-west of its junction with Church Road to the common boundary of Nos. 4 and 6 Fitzroy Gardens.
3. During the closure residents' access will be maintained. Pedestrians affected by the footway closure will be diverted into a walkway in the carriageway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

GOODWIN ROAD -
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works by SGN, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic on Goodwin Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Goodwin Road will be closed from its junction with Thornloe Gardens to its junction with Violet Lane.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion routes for traffic will be as specified below.
? Via Waddon Way, Haling Park Road, Warham Road, Denning Avenue and Goodwin Road.
? Via Denning Avenue, Purley Way and Waddon Way.
4. The Order will come into operation on 06 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out in approximately five weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HOLMESDALE ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of a water pressure reduction valve on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic and parking in Holmesdale Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) Holmesdale Road will be closed outside Nos. 387 to 391 Holmesdale Road.
b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time within the closure area.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed.
* Via South Norwood Hill, High Street, Oliver Grove and vice versa.
* Via South Norwood Hill, White Horse Lane, Whitworth Road and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 06 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within approximately three weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs. The restrictions will not apply to any vehicle carrying out the said works, any vehicle used for police, ambulance, or fire service purposes, or to anything done with the permission of a police officer in uniform or civil enforcement officer.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new gas service installation works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Therapia Lane, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Therapia Lane will be closed outside No.28.
3. Whilst the closure is in place, the alternative route for traffic will be via Therapia Lane, Stonecroft Way, Alfriston Way and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within 10 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be
reintroduced should further work be required. 5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WATER TOWER HILL. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic movements in Water Tower Hill, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place the carriageway and south-eastern footway of Water Tower Hill will be closed between its junction with Coombe Road and the north-eastern boundary of Wren Court, No. 85 Coombe Road.
3. During the closure, pedestrians will be diverted to a walkway in the carriageway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any person or vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WOODPLACE LANE. COULSDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Openreach network upgrade works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular movements in Woodplace Lane, Coulsdon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Woodplace Lane will be closed between its junction with Pretty Lane and the common boundary of Nos. 63 and 65 Woodplace Lane.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Downs Road, Fairdene Road, Reddown Road, Marlpit Lane, Brighton Road, Netherne Drive, Rookery Mead, Bowen Way, Broadwood Road, Park Lane and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out in five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(b) Any vehicle involved in the said works.
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
