Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gwennap. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th June 2024 to 13th July 2024.The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Lanner Moor, A393 Between Lanner Moor And Treviskey, A393 Between The District Boundary And Penventon House, A393 Between Penventon House And Comford, Lanner for their entire lengths.

The County of Cornwall (A3078 Between Denas Water And Tregony Hill, Tregony) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tregony. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - A3078 Between Denas Water And Tregony Hill, Tregony between the properties named Gregor House and Freewater Lodge.

Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Arwenack Street Falmouth between the junctions of Church Street and Quay Hill.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order The County of Cornwall (Falmouth) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Market Street/Church Street/Arwenack Street (Class III) between its junctions with Killigrew Street and Quay Hill
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out gas connection works.
The Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 20th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Perranporth. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2024 to 20th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1630, weekdays only.
Road affected - Beach Lane, Perranporth between grid reference SW75686 54207 and the property named The Waterfront.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 8th April 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Bissoe Hill To The Crossroads At Rose Cottage for its entire length and Bissoe Hill between grid references SW77534 41196 and SW77530 41152, Bissoe.
The Order which commenced on the 9th April 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 28th June 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to flooding.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
