The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 13 (Part) Veryan (‘Trenisson Vean’) Public Path Diversion Order 2024

The above Order made on 23rd May 2024 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confrmed, divert the public footpath commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath 13 Veryan to be retained approximately 13 metres south-south-east of ‘Trenisson Vean’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SW 94080/40040 then continuing in a generally north-north-easterly direction for a distance of 11 metres terminating at its junction with another part of Public Footpath 13 Veryan to be retained approximately 10 metres east of ‘Trenisson Vean’ at OSGR SW 94084/40050 to a revised line commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath 13 Veryan to be retained approximately 13 metres south-south-east of ‘Trenisson Vean’ at OSGR SW 94080/40040 and continuing in a generally northeasterly then north-north-westerly direction for a distance of 14 metres terminating at its junction with another part of Public Footpath 13 Veryan to be retained approximately 10 metres east of ‘Trenisson Vean’ at OSGR SW 94084/40050.

A copy of the Order and order map may be downloaded from Cornwall Council’s website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/public-pathorders/made-public-path-orders/ and have also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Truro Community Library, Union Place, Truro TR1 1EP between the hours of 09.00 to 17.00 Mondays to Fridays and 10.00 to 16.00 Saturdays. 

Alternatively copies of the Order and order map may be obtained free of charge from publicpathorders@cornwall.gov.uk. 

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way ofcer at Cornwall Council, Public Rights of Way Team, P O Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or by email to publicpathorders@cornwall.gov. uk (quoting reference HAD 258) not later than Friday 05th July 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confrm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Afairs for confrmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
