TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME
Inchinnan Road, Paisley. Marchburn Drive, Paisley. Marchfield Avenue, Paisley. Fleming Street, Paisley.
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that due to an increased spread of dangerous and inappropriate parking, no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions are to be introduced on sections of the west carriageway of Inchinnan Road and around the adjacent junctions.
As such no vehicle shall wait, Load/unload or cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load/ unload on the following Lengths of road in the Town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:

Inchinnan Road (west side) and side access roads, Inchinnan Road from Sanderling Road to Galloway Avenue.
Reason for Restrictions: To enable safe passage for road users and allow vehicles to access and egress from junctions is a safe manner.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
No Requirement for Alternative Routes
This order will be in force from Wednesday 5th June 2024 till Tuesday 2nd December 2025.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
