B1505 HORTON ROAD BLYTH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1505 Horton Road Blyth from its junction with Bebside Road heading southwards for a distance of 260 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st July 2024 until the 2nd January 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 1st July 2024 until the 15th July 2024 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 2nd January 2025.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the A193, A189, B1505 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carryout carriageway resurfacing works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
