NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Footway Closure required for telecoms working Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Cockshott Lane Footway, Armley, Leeds in the Armley Ward between its junction with Stanningley Road to approx 30m down Cockshott Lane. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via: Stanningley Road, Stanningley Bypass, Henconner Lane, Green Hill Road. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (gas main replacement works) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Woodhouse Lane, Easy Ardsley, Leeds in the Ardsley & Robin Hood Ward between its junctions with Bradford road and Blind Lane. Phase 2 – Full road closure between the junction with Bradford Road to outside Woodhouse Hall. Phase 3 – One way closure between Woodhouse Hall to outside property 64 Woodhouse Lane. A suspension of the environmental HGV route restriction along the A650 will be implemented throughout the duration of the works. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Batley Road, Heybeck Lane, Hey Beck Lane, Leeds Road, Dewsbury Road, Bradford Road and vice versa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (Road closure for gas mains replacement) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel eastbound along Montreal Avenue, Chapel Allerton, Leeds in the Chapel Allerton Ward between its junctions with Manitoba Place and Gledhow Park Drive. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Montreal Avenue, King George Avenue, Gledhow Park Drive. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 17th June 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Council of the City of Leeds intends in no less than seven days to make the Leeds City Council (Millennium Square Concerts) (Temporary Road Closures and Suspensions) Order 2024 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prevent a danger to the public from vehicles due to increased pedestrian use of the roads in connection with the Millennium Square Summer Season Concerts.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following – Road Closures (i) Great George Street; between its junctions with Calverley Street and Dudley Way (ii) Cookridge Street and Rossington Street, between their junctions with Great George Street and Woodhouse Lane (iii) St Anne’s Street, between its access to The Light car park and Cookridge Street (iv) Portland Way, between its junctions with Woodhouse Lane and Calverley Street (emergency evacuation only); and (v) Calverley Street, between its junctions with Portland Street and Portland Way (emergency evacuation only). The diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via Calverley Street; Portland Way and Woodhouse Lane.

The above closures will be in effect as and when required between 16:00 hours and 23.30 hours each day on: 16, 20, 25, 29 and 30 June; 1 to 7 July/9 to 14 July/19 to 21 July/24 to 27 July; and 1 to 4 August 2024 with the exception of (i) 4th August 2024, when the above closures will come into effect as and when needed between 13:00 hours and 22:30 hrs; and (ii) The closure of Cookridge Street and Rossington Street (as detailed above), which will be in effect between 14:00hrs and 23:30hrs each day. In addition, the Loading Bays on Great George Street (to the rear of the Town Hall); and in front of the Electric Press Building will be suspended on the days specified above between 06:00 hours and 23.30 hours and managed for the purpose of facilitating the operation of the Concerts. Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Notice of Extension in Duration of Footpath Closure Order Footpath Between Upper Town Street and Prospect View

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Department for Transport has issued a Direction extending the duration of the Leeds City Council (Upper Town Street, Bramley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2024, made by the Council on 2 May 2024, so that it may continue in force to 2 August 2024 (subject to further extension), or until the completion of the works to remove the danger to the public, whichever is earlier. The effect of the Order (as extended) is to close to pedestrians the length of Footpath specified in the Schedule below. It is necessary that the closure remain in effect due to the continuing likelihood of danger to the public from a collapsed wall blocking the footpath.
