HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Maesteg drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno dros dro’r cyfyngiadau a amlinellir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd er mwyn cynnal archwiliad manwl o’r bont rheilffordd a strwythur gwaith maen y bont. Daw’r Gorchymyn hwn i rym ar 13/06/2024 a bydd yn weithredol am fwyafswm cyfnod o 18 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa bynnag un a ddaw gyntaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith sydd wedi’i gynllunio yn digwydd rhwng yr oriau 23:00 a 06:00 o 13/06/2024 hyd 14/06/2024. Amserlen - Ni chaiff unrhyw unigolyn yn achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd pont y rheilffordd ar Stryd y Felin am 50 metr. O rif 5 i rif 6 Heol y Felin am 25 metr bob ochr i bont y rheilffordd. Y ffordd amgen i gerbydau yw drwy Heol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Heol y Castell, Heol Talbot, Commercial Street, Heol Llwydiarth, Heol Maesteg, Heol y Felin ac yn groes i hynny. Bydd mynediad yn cael ei ddarparu drwy’r cyfyngiad ar gyfer yr Heddlu, Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans fydd yn ymateb i unrhyw argyfyngau. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo o fewn y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir drwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Fodd bynnag, ni fydd y cyfyngiad yn weithredol ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau ag a nodir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion traffig a ragnodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL 
(RAILWAY BRIDGE ON MILL STREET, MAESTEG) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Maesteg in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily introduces the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is in the interest of public safety to inspect the railway bridge and the masonry structure of the bridge. The Order will come into force on the 13/06/2024 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 from 13/06/2024 to 14/06/2024. Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along railway bridge on Mill Street for 50 meters. From number 5 to number 6 mill street for 25 meters either side of railway bridge. The alternative route for vehicles is via Bridgend Road, Castle Street, Talbot Street, Commercial Street, Llwydarth Road, Maesteg Road, Mill Street and Vice Versa. Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure. The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
