CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL

SPEED LIMITS (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011
(AMENDMENT NO. 110) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of June 2024 the
City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
12th day of June 2024 will introduce a 20 mph speed limit on
the following roads:
DUNSVILLE
Gorse Close

Greens Road
Hawthorne Avenue
Kempton Drive
Kenneth Avenue
Orchard Close
Orchard Drive
Park Lane Close
Park Lane Road
St Catherines Drive
St George Avenue

St James Avenue
St Lukes Close
St Marys Drive
St Marys Road
A copy of the Order and a map showing the restricted roads
may be examined at the Council Offices, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m.
Monday to Friday or on the City of Doncaster Council Website
via the following link https://www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/
transport-streets-parking/made-orders
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the

provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied
with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the
5th day of June 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
