Milken Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MILKEN LANE, ASHOVER
WHEN: 09 June 2024 (09:00 to 16:00).
WHERE: Milken Lane, Ashover from its Jct. with Hard Meadow Lane for a distance of 220m in a north easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate telegraph pole works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Milken Lane (from point of closure), Alton Lane, Ashover Road, Stubben Edge Lane, B6036 Hockley Lane, Hard Meadow Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
