THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 AND 37 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION AND LISTED BUILDING CONSENT

Proposed development at 57 The Old Port House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4QH.
Notice is given that Vijay Patel is applying to the Secretary of State for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building for change of use to the 3rd & 4th floor from a hostel to a hotel. The 3rd and 4th floor will be upgraded to comply with building regulations. The alterations to the listed building include the upgrade of walls, floors, windows and doors. Installation of a lift and air con units. As well as layout changes to reduce travel distances.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20240034-ands62a20240042lbc- 57-the-old-port-house-prince-street-citycentre- bristol-bs1-4qh at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
