NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES 2024
Notice is hereby given that the East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with The Local Authorities’ Variation of Charges at Off-street and Designated Parking Places (Notice Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1997, intends to vary the charges for off-street parking places within the East Dunbartonshire Council area. The off-street parking places to which this Notice applies are detailed in Schedule 1 to this Notice and the existing and new parking charges are detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice. The changes to parking charges detailed in this Notice will come into effect on 01 July 2024.
The changes detailed in this Notice will affect parking charges only and will not otherwise vary the terms and conditions applicable to the off-street parking places to which this Notice applies.
