ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 (LEE WOOD ROAD, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by S9 Communications have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle or pedestrian to proceed in the length of Lee Wood Road from Hollins House to access to Hebden Hey Scout Activity Centre for a distance of approximately 125 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Heptonstall Road, Smithwell Lane, Draper Lane and vice versa. Residents access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(NEW STREET, SOUTHOWRAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of New Street from No. 114 to No.116 for a distance of approximately 19 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Victoria Place from its junction with Healey Wood Road to No.6 for a distance of approximately 8 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Gooder Lane, Victoria Street, Healey Wood Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

(NEW ROAD, LUDDENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of New Road from Carr Well to Carr View for a distance of approximately 95 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Luddenden Lane, Burnley Road, Midgley Road, Town Gate, Jim Allen Lane, Solomon Hill. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 13th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 20:00 & 06:00.

(WATSON MILL LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Peter Duffy Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Watson Mill Lane from Willow Industrial Complex to Unit D for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Scar head Road, Bridge Street, Foundry Street, Quarry Hill, Jerry Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 13th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 22:00 & 06:00.

(WEST LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of West Lane outside Marshalls for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road reopened on 13th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00.

(CLIFFE ROAD, BRIGHOUSE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Centurion Traffic have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Cliffe Road either side of the bridge for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via A643, Mill Royd Street, A641 and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(COLERIDGE STREET, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE

of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Coleridge Street from rear of Kingfisher House to No.14 for a distance of approximately 10 metres. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by GTM have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Spring View Road from Ellen Holme Road to Bank View for a distance of approximately 48 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Spring View Road, Jerry Field Road, Brocks, Sowerby Lane,

Scout Road, New Road, Burnley Road, Station Road, Boy Mill Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 16th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 23:00 & 06:00.

(ALMA ROAD, WALSDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core Highways intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Alma Road from Alma Street to Rochdale Road for a distance of approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Alma Road, Lord Street, Hollins Road, Rochdale Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(BACK ASHENHURST ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Back Ashenhurst Road from its junction with Burnley Road to Mons Road for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(BRIGHOUSE WOOD LANE, BRIGHOUSE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by UCL Comms intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Brighouse Wood Lane outside No. 5 for a distance of approximately 5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Halifax Road, Elland Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(POLLARD STREET NORTH, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Clearview Services Group intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pollard Street North from its junction with Garden Street North/

Spring Terrace for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 24th June 2024. (PUDSEY ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pudsey Road from No. 21 to No. 12 for a distance of approximately 150 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available – access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th June 2024. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Svella Connect intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lodge Avenue from its junction with Lodge Drive to end for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th June 2024 and remain in force for a

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of B6114 Saddleworth Road from Prospect Terrace to Branch Road for a distance of approximately 2650 metres. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lindley Moor Road/Grimescar Road/New Hey Road from A643 Lindley Moor Road to A643 Brighouse Road for a distance of approximately 900 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Midgley Road from rear of 39 Hullet Drive to rear of 37 Hullet Drive for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Queens Road from its junction with Battinson Road to No.308 for a distance of approximately 15 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. A629/Stainland Road B6112 for a distance of approximately 550 metres.
