Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Sandy Bank to Crosby New Bridge, Crosby, Order 2024, No. 148 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Sandy Bank to Crosby New Bridge, Crosby for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 03/06/24 & 27/07/24, due to bridge repair works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 16/08/24. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, High Street, Leyburn, Order 2024, No. 170

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using High Street, Leyburn for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 07/06/24 & 27/06/24, due to carriageway improvement works. This closure follows an emergency closure which commenced 27/05/24. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 20.57/31/2 Richmond, Order 2024 No 178

We have made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 20.57/31/2 in the Parish of Richmond, between grid reference NZ17560107 & NZ17590107 for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 03/06/24 & 12/11/24, the footpath is now unsafe due to riverbank erosion. This Order follows a closure under Emergency Notice No 191. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. 20 Mph Speed Limit, Various Roads, Bellerby, Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 20 mph on any length of road at Bellerby specified:- Bellerby, Moor Road, from its junction with the A6108 north westwards to a point 127 metres north west of its junction with the west side of Heron Tree Close (measured along the southern kerbline) (to include both legs of the road at the junction with the A6108). Bellerby, Church Street/Mill Lane, from its junction with the A6108 eastwards to a point 35 metres east of its junction with the east side of Studdah Close (measured along the northern kerbline). Easternmost road linking Church Street and A6108, Bellerby, in its entirety. Bellerby, The Olde Wynde, in its entirety. Bellerby, St Johns View, in its entirety. Bellerby, Heron Tree Close, in its entirety. In respect of the following Traffic Regulation Order the references to Moor Road, Bellerby will be revoked: 'North Yorkshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (A6108 & Moor Road, Bellerby) Order 1994'. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Leyburn Library, Thornborough Hall, Leyburn, DL8 5AB during normal office hours from 31/05/24 until 21/06/24 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders.
