What is happening?

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 2024

105383 MENSTON VILLAGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce, amend or remove the following: -

i. 'NO WAITING AT ANY TIME' restrictions on lengths of:

Deny Hill, Deny Lane, Plover Field, Main Street, East Parade / Garth Grove, Bradford Road / Com Mill and Bradford Road / Endor Crescent.

ii. 'LIMITED WAITING PARKING' restrictions, 8am-6pm, 20 minutes No return within 30 minutes on a length of East Parade.

A copy of the draft Order together with a maps showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY, or examined on the council web site at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order or obtained from Assistant Engineer/Engineer, Andrew Solomon, Traffic & Road Safety (North), by telephone on 0758 2102128 or by email Andy. solomon@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number THN/105383/TRO/ NW-1Ato6A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 21st day of June 2024 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/DS/ 416525.
