What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

C81 BOOT HILL (INCLUDING D146 BOOT HILL SERVICE ROAD), GRENDON

Order Effect: Road closed between A5 Watling Street roundabout to Little Brum junction opposite No. 185.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs, weekdays only.

Order Commences: 3 June 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 14 June 2024

Access & Diversion: Boot Hill, The Common, Merevale Lane, A5 Watling Street and vice versa. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only. Access/Egress to/from all adjoining roads may be restricted whilst works are in progress.

MIDDLETON LANE, MIDDLETON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable tree trimming works, 08.30hrs-16.00hrs.

Order Commences: 5 June 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 5 June 2024.

Access & Diversion: Middleton Lane, Park Lane, Tamworth Road, Lichfield Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH M386 IN THE PARISH OF SHUSTOKE

Order Effect: Public Footpath closed to ALL traffic at Grid Reference X423790 Y291327.

Reason for Order: To avoid the likelihood of danger to the public because of a bridge along its route being in disrepair and in need of replacement.

Order Commences: 30 May 2024 for up to 6 months.
Access & Diversion: Please use alternative Public Roads and Public footpaths.

REDDINGS LANE, NETHER WHITACRE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable essential maintenance and repair works to verge.

Order Commences: 5 June 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 5 June 2024.

Access & Diversion: Reddings Lane, Tamworth Road, Ridley Lane and vice versa.

Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01613 515 370.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
