CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL CAERFFILI – PLWYF CAERFFILI LLWYBR TROED CYHOEDDUS RHIF 106 (RHAN)
Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 09/05/2024 o dan adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn gwyro’r droedffordd gyhoeddus o bwynt ar yr A469 tua gyferbyn â mynedfa Cefn Carnau Lane, yn arwain i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol yn gyffredinol, at aliniad newydd yn cychwyn tua 25 metr i’r gogledd o’r llwybr presennol, yn arwain i gyfeiriad y gorllewin yn gyffredinol, gan derfynu tua 47 metr i’r gorllewin, lle mae’r llwybr gwreiddiol yn ailddechrau.
Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn yn Nhŷ Penallta yn rhad ac am ddim rhwng 9am a 4.30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Gellir cael copïau digidol o’r Gorchymyn a’r map yn rhad ac am ddim ar gais i’r Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol (cyfeiriad isod) a gellir archebu copïau papur yn Nhŷ Penallta am gost o £5.00.
Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau ynghylch y Gorchymyn, neu mewn gwrthwynebiad iddo, yn ysgrifenedig wedi’i gyfeirio at Bennaeth y Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol (cyfeiriad isod) erbyn 28/06/2024. Nodwch y rhesymau dros eu gwneud. Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau o’r fath yn briodol, neu os tynnir unrhyw rai a wneir yn ôl, gall Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn fel gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad. Os anfonir y Gorchymyn at Weinidogion Cymru am gadarnhad, bydd unrhyw sylwadau a gwrthwynebiadau na chawsant eu tynnu yn ôl yn cael eu hanfon gyda’r Gorchymyn.

NOTICE OF MAKING PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119
THE CAERPHILLY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL PARISH OF CAERPHILLY PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 106 (PART)
The above named Order, made on 09/05/2024 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath from a point on the A469 approximately opposite the entrance to Cefn Carnau Lane, leading in a generally North-Westerly direction, onto a new alignment commencing approximately 25 metres North of the existing route, leading in a generally Westerly direction, terminating some 47 metres to the West, where the original route recommences.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen at Penallta House free of charge between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Digital copies of the Order and map may be obtained free of charge upon request to Legal Services (address below) and paper copies may be ordered at Penallta House at a cost of £5.00.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing addressed to the Head of Legal Services (address below) not later than 28/06/2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Caerphilly County Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
