TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE U40738 NOVERTON LANE (SOUTHAM PARISH) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the U40738 Noverton Lane from its junction with ‘Cockcroft Lane’ to outside the property known as ‘No. 58 Noverton Lane’ for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The reason for the closure is for works by Severn Trent Water

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS WARDS AND PARISHES) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of roads as detailed in the Schedule below (“the Roads”)

SCHEDULE

There will be no waiting permitted of vehicles throughout the duration of the intended works.

The reason for the said closures and restrictions is for Carriageway Resurfacing.

The Roads are expected to be closed and restricted during various times on a rolling programme, commencing at 3rd June 2024 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This intended Order can permit the closure and restriction of the Roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st December 2024.

TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE – ORIOLE WAY (ABBEYDALE WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the Oriole Way Footways as described in the Schedule below;

The reason for the said closure is for electric cable overlay alleyway works.

The said footways are expected to be closed from 3rd June 2024 to 8th August 2024 only (when each of the closures will be kept to a minimum) or until the works have been completed. Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 680533 Campion Close to Juniper Avenue Footway from outside of the property known as ’No.12 Purslane Close’ to outside of the property known as ‘No.20 Purslane Close for a total distance of approximately 58 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for alleyway electric cable overlay works.

The reason for the said closure is for the repair and maintenance of apparatus by Severn Trent water.

The reason for the said closure is to undertake works on a BT underground structure.
