(Road From Almar To Junction West Of Treverbyn, Bray Shop) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bray Shop. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Almar To Junction West Of Treverbyn, Bray Shop for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keyne. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From The 83254 At The Old West Cottage To Junction North Of Little Windsor, St Keyne between grid references SX 25063 61001 and SX 25034 60954.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Albaston. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 25th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Bay Tree Cottage To South View, Albaston between grid references SX 42240 70258 and SX 42298 70229.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Downderry. This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 15th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Lane From Brenton Road To Higher Trerieve, Downderry between property known as Ty Mor and the junction of Main Road.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow between the junctions of School Lane and Callington Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from llth June 2024 to 13th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Calstock Road, Gunnislake between the junction of Sand Hill and the Church Of St Anns.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Albaston. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for essential work to trees overhanging road and properties and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024 to 27th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Frogwell Road, Callington between the junctions of Lendra Lane and Haye Road.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Garrett Street, Cawsand between properties known as Seagarth and Vectis Cottage.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Rame) Traffic Regualtion Order 1946 Garrett Street, Cawsand (Class 111) between the Halfway Inn, Kingsand and the Square, Cawsand. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out boundary box renewal.

The Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 24th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
