Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C93 Teddington Through Road from the property known as Tibblestone Farm to the property known as Rooks Haven for a total distance of approximately 70 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for electricity installation works.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE U40473, FINCH ROAD (INNSWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the U40473 Finch Road including its footway from its junction with Rookery Road for a total distance of approximately 275 metres.
There will be no waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The reason for the said closure and restriction is for footway resurfacing works to be undertaken The said road is expected to be closed and restricted from 17th June 2024 until 5th July 2024 only or until the works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS (MORELAND WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is to carry gas mains replacement works.
There will be no waiting or loading permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The roads will be closed and restricted on a rolling programme commencing 17th June 2024 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closure/ restrictions taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 18th October 2024. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH AAS 5 (ASHCHURCH RURAL PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, intends to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath AAS 5 from its junction with Public Bridleway AAS 6 and then extending in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 195 metres
The said Public Footpath falls within the Parish of Ashchurch Rural in the Tewkesbury Borough, within the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works are completed.
The Order will come into force on 13th June 2024, and it is anticipated that the said Public Footpath will remain closed for until 13th December 2024.
After this date, if the closure is still required, it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A1435 from Slimbridge Crossroads to Draycott from its junction with Bristol Road to its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 3220 metres.
The reason for the said closure is to carry out carriageway maintenance works.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 490551 Great Norwood Street Road and 490547 Gratton Street Road, from outside, and to the side of, the property known as no.12 Great Norwood Street, for a distance of approximately 30 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for Severn Trent Water works to be undertaken.

EMERGENCY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH EBW9 (BROCKWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council has by this emergency notice temporarily closed under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), part of Public EBW 9 in the Parish of Brockworth is to be temporarily closed to users under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) in a generally easterly direction for approximately 70 metres to its junction with Cycleway from southwest of 8 Nightjar Road to northeast of Ribble Close.
The public footpath falls within Brockworth Parish in the Tewkesbury Borough, Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public while emergency footpath repairs are completed.
The public footpath was originally closed for 21 days by notice commencing 3rd May 2024. However, as the works to remedy the problem have not been completed it is necessary to extend the closure by notice for a further 21 days commencing 25th May 2024 after which it will be necessary to make an Order.
This Order will authorise the closure of the public footpath for up to six months from the date of the first Notice, 3rd May 2024. However, if the problem continues after this time then it will be necessary to make an application to the Secretary of State for an extension to the closure.
Alternative Route – As shown on Order Plan. Emergency and Pedestrian access to adjoining properties will be maintained.
