The County of Cornwall (Lemon Hill, Mylor Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Mylor Bridge. This prohibition is necessary for works in the footway and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road afected - Lemon Hill, Mylor Bridge between the junction of Rosehill and property number 35.

Temporary Trafc Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Lower Market Street Penryn between the junction of St Gluvias Street and Higher Market Street.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order The County of Cornwall (Penryn) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1993 Higher Market Street (A.394) between a point 38 yards northwest of its junction with St Thomas Street and its junction with Saracen Place
The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out cabling works.
The Order will come into operation on 12th June 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Trafc Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Nine Maidens, Polgear, Calvadnack, Carnmenellis, Penmarth, Four Lanes for their entire length. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the highway to carry out works to install EV cable to Rame sub station.
The Order will come into operation on 28th May 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 7th May 2024 for a period of 21 days.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. The County of Cornwall (Road From North Grange Industrial Estate To Carnon Gate Roundabout, Road From Junction At Grenna Lane To North Grange Industrial Estate, Carnon Downs) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Carnon Downs. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads afected - Road From Junction At Grenna Lane To North Grange Industrial Estate, Carnon Downs and Road From North Grange Industrial Estate To Carnon Gate Roundabout, Devoran for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024 to 27th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. 

Road afected - Penventinnie Lane, Truro for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for maintenance works to railway bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 12th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for civils works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th June 2024 to 14th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for man hole works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
