(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUDDS CROSS, BOVINGDON) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of
Pudds Cross, Bovingdon from its junction with Bovingdon Public Byway Open to All Traffic No.007 (Shantock Hall Lane) south westwards to its junction with Shantock Lane, a distance of approximately 545m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Leyhill Road, B4505 (Chesham Road/Rushmere Lane/ Orchard Leigh/Lye Green Road), Botley Road, The Green, Bovingdon Green and Maple Hill. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ASHLYNS ROAD, BERKHAMSTED) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of
Ashlyns Road, Berkhamsted from its junction with Upper Ashlyns Road south eastwards, north eastwards and north westwards to its northermost junction with A416 Kings Road, a distance of approximately 284m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via Ashlyns Road and A416 Kings Road. The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 17 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING
RESTRICTIONS IN A4251 HIGH STREET, BERKHAMSTED)
ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A4251 High Street, Berkhamsted from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.125 High Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 50m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via A4251 (High Street/London Road),
A41 (unnamed road), A416 (Chesham Road/Kingshill Way/Kings Road) and A4251 High Street or via A4251 High Street, A416 (Chesham Road/Kingshill Way), A41 (unnamed road) and A4251 (London Road/High Street).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 17 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dudswell Lane, Dudswell from a point in line with the north western boundary of ‘Lindum House’ south eastwards for a distance of approximately 73m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via Dudswell Lane, Norcott Hill, Norcott Farm Lane, Wharf Lane, A4251 Tring Road and Dudswell Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

Briery Way, Hemel Hempstead from its northernmost junction with Underacres Close south eastwards for a distance of approximately 15m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Briery Way, High Street Green, Leverstock Green Road, Wood End Lane and Briery Way. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bunkers Lane, Hemel Hempstead from a point in line with the north eastern boundary of No.1 Bunkers Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 24m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via Bunkers Lane, Bedmond Road, A4147 Leverstock Green Road, A414 St Albans Road, Lawn Lane, Belswains Lane and Bunkers Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Trowley Hill Road, Flamstead from its junction with Chapel Road south eastwards, south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Trowley Bottom, a distance of approximately 858m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Chapel Road, Friendless Lane, Mill Lane, Pietley Hill and Trowley Bottom.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 16 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. Wingrave Road, Gubblecote/Tringford from its junction with Tring Rural Public Bridleway No.058 south eastwards for a distance of approximately 63m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Wingrave Road, Tring Road, B489 Lower Icknield Way and Wingrave Road.
The Order is needed because bridge repair works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dudswell Lane, Dudswell from a point 245m south east of its junction with Boswick Lane south eastwards for a distance of approximately 25m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via Dudswell Lane, Boswick Lane, A4251 Tring Road and Dudswell Lane.
The Order is needed because sewer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 3 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Wensleydale, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Ribblesdale north westwards for a distance of approximately 70m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via Wensleydale, Cambrian Way, Westerdale, Wharfedale and Wensleydale.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 3 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
