(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along ESSEX STREET between its junction with Horse Fair and its junction with Inge Street.
The road closure is required to facilitate the construction works adjacent to highway.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 7th of June 2024 and will remain in force for a period of TWENTY ONE WEEKS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
