NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 23rd May 2024 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders to coincide with a public realm scheme will be in Station Road E17 - west-side - to convert 12 metres of permit parking space situated between a point 2.5 metres north of the common boundary of No. 18/20 and the common boundary of Nos. 22/24 to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions.

SCHEDULE - provision of dyls (or loading restrictions where stated)
(a) Banbury Road E17 - north side - extend existing outside No. 36 westwards by 4.5m
(b) Boteley Close E4 (BC) -
i. east to west arm, south side - between its westernmost extremity and a point 11.1m east of the eastern kerb line of the north/south arm of BC.
ii. north to south arm,
a. the whole west side
b. the east side,
A. between the southern kerb line of the east to west kerb line of BC southwards for 12.1m.
B. between the northern kerb line of Weale Road northwards for 16.5m.
(c) Cheney Row (CW) E17 - all sides - including the turning circle at its eastern extremity

b. extension of an additional 5.4m outside Nos. 14 and 16 FL in a south-easterly direction
i. north-east side - between its junction with The Charter Road and a point 3.5m south-east of the common boundary of No. 50 Falmouth Avenue and No. 1 Gordon Avenue
(e) Francis Road (FR) E10 - north-east side - between Nos. 137 and 141 FR
(f) Hall Lane E4 (north to south arm) - east side, between Nos. 303 and 325 Hall Lane converting all syl to dyls.
(g) Harford Road E4 - both sides, between its junction with Holly Drive westwards for 10m
(h) Holly Drive E4 - west side, between a point 10m north of the northern kerb line of Harford Road and a point 10m south of the southern kerb line of Harford Road
(i) Lamorna Close E17 - north-west, west and south west sides, between the cb of Nos. 45 and 47 the cb of Nos. 23 and 25
j) The Charter Road IG8 - both sides - between its junction with Falmouth Avenue and a point 1m south-east of the path immediately south-east of the river Ching; (k) Weale Road E4 - north and south sides - between a point 11m east and a point 11m west of Boteley Close.

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest ('the Council ') on 23rd May 2024 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), as amended. The general effect of the orders will be to introduce new or extend existing lengths of 'at any time' waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) at the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice, converting existing lengths of 'single yellow line' waiting restrictions where needed; and The general effect of the Orders in other roads would be, in
(a) Beachcroft Road E11 - north side - convert 13.6 metres (m) of permit parking space to *pay by phone (pbyp) parking operating between 10am and 4pm Mondays (Mon)-Fridays (Fri) with a maximum (max) stay of 3 hours and no return within 3 hours;
(b) Boteley Close E4 (BC) - east side - formalise by traffic order a disabled persons parking place between a point 12.1m south of the southern kerb line of BC southwards for 6.6m operating "at any time"
(c) Cairo Road E17 - south side - convert both short stay parking places between its western extremity and Eastfield Road to parking places for WSC permit holders only operating Mon-Saturdays (Sat) 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. and Sundays (Sun)10 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
(d) Chester Road (CH) E17 - south-west side - convert a single yellow line (syl) between Nos. 28 to 34 CH to parking space for CML permit holders only operating Mon to Sat 8am to 6.30pm
(e) Canterbury Road E10 (CB) - north side - convert the whole permit holders' parking place to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions (dyls) opposite Nos. 2 to 8 CB;
(f) Edinburgh Road E17 (EDB) - east side - convert 2.5m of permit holders' parking space to sy operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm. opposite Nos. 36 and 38 EDB;
(g) Forest Road E11 (FO) - south-east side - convert permit holders' parking space between a point 5m north-east of the common boundary (cb) of Nos. 41 and 43 Forest Drive East (FDE) and point 1m north-east of the cb of Nos. 39 and 41 FDE to dyls
i. convert all permit holders' parking space to dyls outside Nos. 195 and 197 FO.
(h) Hall Lane E4 (east to west arm) - south side, between Nos. 1c and a point 6m east of the western all of No. 11 provide loading restrictions operation Mon-Sat 7am to 8pm (excluding a PbP parking place between Nos. 5 and 9).
(i) Low Hall Lane E17 (LHL) - north-west side (of southernmost arm) - to convert 9.1m of permit holders' only parking space to dyls outside Nos. 5 and 6 Farm House Cottages
j) Ranelagh Road E11 (RL) - north-east side - convert 4m of permit parking space situated outside No. 72 and 74 NT to a syl operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm inclusive;
(k) Rectory Road E17 (RCT) - west side - convert permit holders' parking space to a single yellow line waiting restriction operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm outside No. 63 RCT (including 0.5m south of the cb of Nos. 61 and 63 RCT; (l) Short Road E11 (ST) - south-west side - convert 2m of permit holders' parking space to dyls (1m either side of its junction with Owens Mews);
(m) Staffa Road E10 (SF) - north-east side - convert 2 short stay parking bays to dyls outside No. 6 SF and the electricity sub-station immediately north of No. 6.
(n) The Mile End E17 fTME) - east side of the easternmost arm - convert all permit holders'
parking space outside No. 44 TME to a syl operating Mon-Fri 8am to 6.30 pm. (extension of syl outside No. 42);
(o) Verulam Avenue E17 - east side, outside the flank wall of No. 10 reduce 4.1m of permit parking space and replace with dyls to allow for cycle apparatus on the highway under section 63 of the RTRA;
(p) Williams Avenue E17 (WIL) - the northern side - remove the whole permit parking place outside Nos. 2 and 4 WIL and replace with a syl operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm (extension of sy outside Roger Ascham primary school); (the non-traffic order of a no stopping on entrance markings (school keep clear) will be extended at this location to provide safety on the bend of the road);
(q) Winns Avenue E17 (WIN) - south-east side - convert the whole syl outside Nos. 179 to 183 WIN to parking space for WA permit holders only operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm inclusive
(r) Woodhouse Road E11 (WDH) - north-east side. convert 8m of permit holders' parking space opposite Nos. 106 and 108 WDH to a single yellow line waiting restriction operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm (extension of syl opposite Robinson Close)
ii. convert the remainder of permit parking space outside The Leytonstone Tavern public house to a shared-use parking bay for CHE permit holders or *pay by phone parking operating between 8 am and 6.30pm Mon-Sat and no return within 3 hours (see table below)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Waltham Forest (hereinafter referred to as "The Council") proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be to replace (a) existing parking provision (permit parking, pay-by-phone/short stay parking) with electric vehicle charging places at the locations detailed in the Schedule to this Notice. The electric vehicle charging places would be available "at any time" for the use of any electric vehicle whilst charging at an adjacent electric vehicle charging post (posts situated on island build-outs 1.5 metres in length between charging places), limited to a maximum period of 4 hours, between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Sundays; (b) revoke the existing disabled bay outside No. 140 (Lowton Lodge) Higham Hill Road E17 extending southwards of its access path; and (c) formalise the advisory disabled bay located immediately south to No. 144 Higham Hill Road E17.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or to make any other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to Traffic Orders, Highways, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS, or by emailing traffic.scheme@walthamforest.gov.uk quoting reference T4b(24) Electric Vehicle Charing Points - Batch 1b-2024 by the end of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published.
