Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2024 to 12th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Access To Constantine Bay, Padstow outside the length of Constantine Bay Stores.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Davidstow, Camelford. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th June 2024 to 14th June 2024.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Blacka Lane, Davidstow, Camelford the junction of Vicarage Hill and grid reference SX 13934 86615.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for works to lay water main and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 12th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 19th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2024 to 12th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2000 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Clann Lane, Bodmin from junction on Truro Road to junction on Clann Meadows.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow. This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 14th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Cross Street, Padstow from outside No 6 to outside No 20.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 24th May 2022 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 34 Treverbyn between grid references SX 02638:60033 and SX 02848:59510.

The Order which commenced on the 25th May 2022 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 25th May 2025. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 25th May 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to vandalised and dangerous footbridge removed for safety reasons.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 24th November 2021 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 107, Perranzabuloe for its entire length and Footpath 22, Cubert between grid references SW79838:56337 and SW79127:57235.

The Order which commenced on the 24th November 2021 and is currently in force for up to twelve months will now continue until the 23rd May 2025. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 24th May 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a rotten and unsafe boardwalk.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Luxulyan. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
