London, Multiple Roads, Temporary Prohibitions & Restrictions

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

HAYFIELD PASSAGE - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition:

Location: Hayfield Passage, south from its junction with Mile End Road;

Reason: To install low voltage cabling. The works are to be carried out on the public highway by Fulcrum;

Period: Monday 13th May 2024 to Sunday 26th May 2024;

Alternative Route: For vehicular traffic will be via Stepney Green (south-bound), Stepney Green (East-bound).

GLASS STREET - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition:

Location: Glass street between its junction with Coventry Road and Herald Street;

Reason: To carry out Cladding Safety works to "The Hive". The works are to be carried out on the public highway by Kier Services LTD;

Period: Monday 13th May 2024 to Monday 1st September 2025;

Alternative Route: For vehicular traffic will be via Coventry Road, Three Colts Lane, Herald Street and Vice Versa.

CHAPMAN STREET - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition:

Location: Chapman Street between its junction with Watney Street and Morris Street;

Reason: For BT Openreach cabling works. The works are to be carried out on the public highway by Sunbelt Rentals;

Period: Saturday 11th May 2024 to Monday 13th May 2024;

Alternative Route: For vehicular traffic will be via Watney Street and Cable Street or Morris Street and Bigland Street.

TIDWORTH ROAD - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition:

Location: Tidworth Road, north from its junction with Ireton Street for 30 metres;

Reason: For gas works to be carried out on the public highway by TMO Highways on behalf of Cadent Gas;

Period: Monday 20th May 2024 to Friday 24th May 2024;

THREE COLT STREET - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition:

Location: Three Colt Street, south from its junction with Bate Street;

Reason: For painting works at the railway bridge. The works are to be carried out on the public highway by Nationwide Traffic Solutions;

Period: Monday 13th May 2024 to Tuesday 14th May 2024;
