RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd o Gorswen i’r gogledd dros Bont Brynrefail i’r A4244, Brynrefail o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda’r A4244 gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol hyd at bwynt ger Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus Llanddeiniolen Rhif 17, Brynrefail.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith gosod pibellau newydd. Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad gorllewinol ar y Ffordd o’r A4244 i’r Ffordd sy’n arwain i Frynrefail yna troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda’r A4244. Dilyn y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 7fed o Fehefin 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na tri mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 41 diwrnod.

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(ROAD FROM GORSWEN NORTHERLY OVER BRYNREFAIL BRIDGE TO THE A4244, BRYNREFAIL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Road from Gorswen northerly over Brynrefail Bridge to the A4244, Brynrefail from a point by its junction with the A4244 travelling south easterly up to a point by Public Footpath Llanddeiniolen No.17, Brynrefail.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during pipe installation works.

The alternative route is to travel westerly on the Road from the A4244 to the Road leading to Brynrefail up to the junction with the A4244 and turn right. Follow this road in a north easterly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 7th of June 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 41 days.
