What is happening?

BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL

QUEENS PARK WEST DRIVE, BOURNEMOUTH -GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT WORKS TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHERE AND WHAT:

  • The circular section of highway opposite to property no.14 Queens Park West Drive, closed to all vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
  • Queens Park Gardens, from its junction with Queens Park West Drive to the junction of Cromer Road, closed to all vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time

WHY: To enable SGN to carry out essential gas main replacement works

WHEN: Anticipated dates: 1st July 2024 until 19th July 2024

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.

DIVERSION: Via Queens Park West Drive and Richmond Park Crescent

VIEW AT: https://one.network/?tm=138766582 These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
