(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keyne.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2024 to 19th June 2024 weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From The 83254 Junction West Of Penhale To Gellis Rise, St Keyne between grid reference SX 24822 60203 and the junction of Landlooe Lane.

(B3360 Between Merrivale And Redpost, Doublebois)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Doublebois.
This prohibition is necessary for meter replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th June 2024 to 10th June 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - B3360 Between Merrivale And Redpost, Doublebois between property known as Coldwind Cottage and the junction of Havett Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in East Looe.
This prohibition is necessary for gas alteration works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 20th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Barbican Hill, East Looe between property known as Terence House and number 2 Elmhurst.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Albaston.
This prohibition is necessary for detailed bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 18th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Calstock.
This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th June 2024 to 5th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.
Road affected - Church Hill, Calstock between the junctions of Rowse Gardens and St Andrews Close.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Calstock.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2024, for one day and 10th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Commercial Road, Calstock between property known as Limekiln Gallery and the junction of Fore Street and Fore Street, Calstock between the junctions of Commercial Road and Tamar Place.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Deviock.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Deviock Hill, Deviock between the junctions of Main Road and Top Road.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footway F7161, Parish of Liskeard between the junctions of Lanchard Road and Lanchard Lane and Lanchard Lane, Liskeard between the junction of Crabtree Close and grid reference SX 24804 64210.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the highway to carry out to carry out urgent retaining wall repairs. The Order will come into operation on 21st May 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 5th July 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 30th April 2024 for a period of 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Latchley.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for pole installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th June 2024 to 21st June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

(Langurtho Road, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey.
This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 19th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Langurtho Road, Fowey from outside No 49A to outside No 39.
