What is happening?

CITY OF STOKE-ONTRENT
(VICTORIA PARK ESTATE RESIDENT PARKING ZONE)
(ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION) (NO.2) ORDER, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 45, 46 and 51 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The effect of this Order is as follows:-

1 To establish a Residential Permit Parking Zone (Zone SK7) Mon-Sat 8am-9pm in the following Lengths of road :-

Bob Mcgrory Street - The Whole

Frank Bowyer Street - The Whole

Frank Soo Street - The Whole

Freddie Steele Street - The Whole

John Ritchie Street - The Whole

Neil Franklyn Street - The Whole

Paul Ware Street - The Whole

Roy Brown Street - The Whole

Mabel Smith Walk - The Whole

2 Any residential property referred to below will be eligible to apply for permits to park in the specified Permit Zone SK7.

(i) Bob Mcgrory Street - ALL

(ii) Boothen Old Road - No’s 1 - 33 (odd)

(iii) Frank Bowyer Street - ALL

(iv) Frank Soo Street - ALL

(v) Freddie Steele Street - ALL

(vi) John Ritchie Street - ALL

(vii) Mable Smith Walk - ALL

(viii) Neil Franklyn Street - ALL

(ix) Paul Ware Street - ALL

(x) Roy Brown Street - ALL

Full details of this proposals are contained in draft Orders which, together with maps showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make this Order, may be examined and commented on at Public Consultation (traffweb.app).

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you send comments/objections via the above website with the grounds thereof, or in writing to Directorate of Housing Development and Growth FAO Maria Brown or by e-mail to traffic. orders@stoke.gov.uk, quoting reference: MB/NM/ TRO2/2024 in all cases, by the 18th day of June 2024.
