Devon County Council propose to make this order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Barnstaple: Reserved bus lane (24 hours, all days) with exemptions for cycles & hackney carriages on specified lengths of Gratton Way & A3125 (Road from Barnstaple By Pass to Old Bideford Road).
