(THTTC3450 KIPLING AVENUE, BEAR FLAT, BATH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Kipling Avenue, Bear Flat, Bath from its junction with Chaucer Road extending east for approximately 37 metres. USRN: 47901043.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to repair/replace a valve on the 28th May 2024 for a maximum period of 7 days.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
This is anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Summer Lane, Combe Down, Bath. The road closure will be in two parts on Summer Lane:
• from its junction with Belmont Road extending west for approximately 45 metres to a point outside the property known as Brierley Cottage. USRN: 47900049.
• from its junction with Beechwood Road extending east for approximately 110 metres to a point outside the property known as Long Ridge. USRN: 47900049.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach access to an underground structure – cabling for new customer connection on the 28th May 2024 for a maximum period of 2 days.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
