Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The City of Peterborough Norman Road, Eastfield, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of

Through Traffic Order 2024.                                             Ref: 25-016

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Norman Road, Eastfield, as lies between Danes Close and Park Lane. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Saxon Road, Flag Fen Rd, Norman Rd and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 29/05/2024 and will continue until the telecoms installation works have been completed or until the 28/05/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on the 29/05/2024 only. The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order – Freston Footpath,

Paston – 2024.                                                                 Ref: 25-025

The effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycle path known as Freston Footpath, Paston between number 19 and 21. The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/cycle path. The alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order will be signed locally on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 27/05/2024 and will continue until the new electricity supply works have been completed or until the 26/11/2024, whichever is the earlier. – Southfields Drive, Stanground, Peterborough.              Ref: 25-026

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Southfields Drive, Stanground, as lies between Shelton Road and Lawson Avenue. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Lawson Ave, Windsor Drive and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 28/05/2024 and will continue until the carriageway repair works have been completed or until the 27/05/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on the 28/05/2024 only. Finchfield to Oxney Road Cyclepath – 2024.                    Ref: 25-049

The effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycleway knows as Finchfield to Oxney Road Cyclepath, as lies between Oxney Road and Saltersgate. The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/ cycleway. The alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order is: Saltersgate, Parnwell Way to Saltersgate Oxney Road and Frank Perkins Way Cyclepath, Oxney Road and vice versa. Diversion will be signed on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28/05/2024 and will continue until the resurfacing works have been completed or until the 27/11/2024, whichever is the earlier. The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order – Eyrescroft

– 2024.                                                                             Ref: 25-050

The effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycleway known as Eyrescroft, in front of 199. The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/cycleway. The alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order is: will be signed locally on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29/05/2024 and will continue until the meter exchange works have been completed or until the 16/11/ 2024, whichever is the earlier. – South Street, Stanground.                                             Ref: 25-051

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as South Street, Stanground, at its junction with Coneygree Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: South Street, Whittlesey Road and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 29/05/2024 and will continue until the remedial defect works have been completed or until the 28/05/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 29/05/2024 and the 30/05/2024. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are detailed in the schedule. The proposed order will come into force on the 28/05/2024 and will continue until the LED replacement works have been completed or until the 27/05/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will be done in sections between 28/05/2024 and 16/06/2024. The City of Peterborough Temporary MPH Speed Restriction Order 2024 – A1139 Frank Perkins Parkway J4, Peterborough – 50 MPH Speed Restriction.              Ref: 25-062

The effect of which is to impose a 50 mph speed limit on the road known as A1139 Frank Perkins Parkway J4 as lies between J4 and J5. The Order will come into operation on the 08/05/2024 and will continue until the central reservation safety barrier investigation and repair works have been completed or until the 07/11/2024, whichever is the earlier. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Stone Lane, Millfield, as lies between Lincoln Road and Alexandra Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Lincoln Rd, Oxford Rd, Alexandra Rd and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 03/06/2024 and will continue until the stoptap replacement works have been completed or until the 02/06/2025, whichever is the earlier. Footpaths – Baron Court Footpath & Fulbridge Road to Wisteria Way Bala Court Footpath,

Werrington, Peterborough – 2024.                                  Ref: 25-053

The effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycle path known as Cuckoos Hollow Footpaths – Baron Court Footpath & Fulbridge Road to Wisteria Way Bala Court Footpath, Werrington, as lies between Fulbridge Road and Bala Court. The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/cycle path. The alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order will be signed locally on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 03/06/2024 and will continue until the ground investigation works have been completed or until the 02/12/2024, whichever is the earlier. The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic. Notice Georgian Court,

Peterborough                                                                   Ref: 25-045

The Council of the City of Peterborough hereby gives notice pursuant to section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 that from the 28/05/2024 no vehicle shall proceed along the road known as Georgian Court. This Notice is made in the interest of new electrical connection works being required to be executed on the above road and will remain effective from the 28/05/2024 for no more than 5 days. Access will be maintained to properties affected by this Notice. There will be no alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order (cul de sac). It is anticipated that these works will take place between the 28/05/2024 and the 01/06/2024.

The Notice shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which it is made, any member of the Police Force, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform. Peterborough.                                                                  Ref: 25-064

The Council of the City of Peterborough hereby gives notice pursuant to section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 that from the 01/06/2024 no vehicle shall proceed along the road known as Spalding Road as lies between A47 and B1443 Thorney Road. This Notice is made in the interest of carriageway works being required to be executed on the above road and will remain effective from the 01/06/2024 for no more than 5 days. Access will be maintained to properties affected by this Notice. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order is via: A16, A1175, A15 and A47. It is anticipated that these works will take place overnight between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs on the 01/06/2024 to the 02/06/2024.
