What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(EASTHORPE STREET, RUDDINGTON)
(PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ CONTROLLED ZONE) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024 (8367)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire)
Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Ruddington in the Borough of Rushcliffe: -
1. Proposed Residents’ Parking Scheme Mon - Sat 3pm - 9pm along the following length of road:- Easthorpe Street, Ruddington (the northwest side)
- From a point 22 metres south-west of its junction with Cumberland Close in a south-westerly direction for 12 metres
- From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Peartree Orchard in a north-easterley direction for 53 metres (the south-east side)
- From a point opposite a point 16 metres north-east of its junction with Peartree Orchard in a northeasterley direction for 64 metres

The proposals would remove non-resident parking from outside the houses on Eastthorpe Street, Ruddington.
