I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
10A Manorway Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 24/00566/FULH
Mr & Mrs Johnson is applying for planning permission for Single storey side/rear extension and loft conversion with side and rear dormer and 2no. rooflights to front. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
Grand Hotel Grand Parade Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 24/00576/LBC
Grand Hotel is applying for Listed Building Consent for Remodelling of existing function suite on first floor to 5no. hotel rooms including two family suites. The property is a listed building.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
