Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North
Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2007” by introducing the
restrictions specified in the Schedule below:- Schedule - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Cayton, Beck Hole, South East side,
from a point 15 metres north east of its junction with Main Street to a point 25 metres north east of its junction with Main Street - No waiting (at any time).
