Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn s/n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd Canterbury Drive, Prestatyn yn Sir Ddinbych sy'n ymestyn i'r gogledd o'i chyfTordd gyda Fforddisa i'w chyffordd a Bangor Crescent.

Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn i Wales & West Utilities newid y brif bibell gyflenwad nwy.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd y llwybr amgen gydag arwyddion ar hyd Fforddisa, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Cardiff Way, Salisbury Drive a St. Asaph Drive.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 27 Mai 2024 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith barhau tan tua 7 Mehefin 2024. '

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL CANTERBURY DRIVE, PRESTATYN NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles using Canterbury Drive, Prestatyn in the County of Denbigh extending northward from its junction with Fforddisa to its junction with Bangor Crescent.

The closure is necessary to facilitate gas mains replacement works by Wales & West Utilities.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The signposted alternative route will be via Fforddisa, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Cardiff Way Salisbury Drive and St. Asaph Drive.

The Order is effective from 27th May 2024 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 7th June 2024.
