1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:
(1) Addison Bridge Place,
(a) the north-east side, convert the single yellow line to double yellow lines opposite the flank wall of No. 1 Hammersmith Road.
(b) the south-west side, convert the single yellow line to double yellow lines outside Nos. 4 to 5 Addison Bridge Place.
(2) Avonmore Road,
(a) the north-west side, convert the single yellow line to double yellow lines opposite Nos. 13 and 15 Avonmore Road.
(b) the south-west side, convert the single yellow line to a shared use parking place outside Glyn Mansions.
(c) the north-west side, revoke the single yellow line outside Nos. 16 to 18 Avonmore Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(3) Breer Street, the north-east side, introduce a disabled persons parking place at the side of No. 9 Hugon Road, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(4) Cumberland Crescent, the south-west side, introduce shared use parking places at the end of the cul-de-sac of Cumberland Crescent, revoking the single yellow line in this location.
(5) Earsby Street,
(a) the north-east side, revoke the existing personalised persons parking place outside the north-western end of Glyn Mansions, extending the shared use parking place in this location.
(b) both sides, convert the single yellow line to double yellow lines at the junction with Hammersmith Road.
(6) Ellerslie Road, the south side, introduce a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 41 and 43 Ellerslie Road, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(7) Eternit Walk, the north-west side, introduce a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 1 to 30 Cedar Lodge.
(8) Fernhurst Road, the north-west side, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside No. 52 Fernhurst Road, extending the shared use parking place in this location.
(9) Gironde Road, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines:
(a) the north-east side, outside No. 1 Gironde Road to the side of No. 22 Bishop’s Road.
(b) the south-west side, outside No. 44 Gironde Road to the side of No. 24 Bishop’s Road.
(10) Glazbury Road, the west side, introduce a car club bay at the side of No. 54 Edith Road, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(11) Haldane Road, the north-west side, introduce double yellow lines outside Nos. 14 and 16 Haldane Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(12) Halford Road, the north-west side, introduce a personalised persons parking place at the side of No. 60 Ongar Road, revoking a section of the existing shared use parking place.
(13) Hammersmith Grove, the north-east side, introduce a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 58 Hammersmith Grove, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(14) Hartismere Road, the north-east side,
(a) revoke the single yellow line outside No. 5 Hartismere Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(b) revoke a section of the existing single yellow line outside No. 3 Hartismere Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(c) convert a section of the single yellow line to double yellow lines outside No. 3 Hartismere Road.
(15) Hecklefield Place, the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside The Fulham Boys School.
(16) Holmead Road, the north-east side, relocate the personalised disabled persons parking place from outside Nos. 4 and 5 Holmead Road to outside Nos. 5 and 6 Holmead Road.
(17) Imperial Road, the north-east side, outside Nos. 1 to 52 Orient House, convert the existing no loading at any time restrictions to no loading Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm restrictions.
(18) Lisgar Terrace, the north-east side, convert the single yellow line to double yellow lines at the side of No. 13 Avonmore Road.
(19) Merrington Road, the north-west side, introduce police bays opposite Nos. 3 to 9 Merrington Road, revoking the existing double yellow lines and shared use parking place in this location.
(20) Merrington Road, the south-east side, extend the existing double yellow lines at the side of No. 31 Seagrave Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(21) Micklethwaite Road, the south-east side, relocate the existing disabled person parking place from outside Nos. 21 and 23 Micklethwaite Road to outside Nos. 25 and 27 Micklethwaite Road, the existing shared use parking place would be revoked in the new location and reinstated in the old location.
(22) Ongar Road, the south-west side,
(a) extend the existing shared use parking place outside No. 6 Brompton Villas, revoking a section of the single yellow line in this location.
(b) convert a section of the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside Brompton Villas.
(23) Perrymead Street, the north-east side, convert the existing disabled persons parking place with a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 53 Perrymead Street.
(24) Rumbold Road, the north-east side, relocate the existing disabled persons parking place from outside Nos. 17 and 18 Rumbold Road to outside Nos. 16 and 17 Rumbold Road.
(25) Seagrave Road,
(a) the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside Seagrave Lodge to No. 29 Seagrave Road and at the junction with Merrington Road.
(b) the south-west side, introduce a shared use parking place outside No. 30 Seagrave Road.
(c) the south-west side, extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 43 Seagrave Road, revoking a section of shared use parking place in this location.
(d) the north-east side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines opposite the junction with Hildyard Road.
(e) the north-east side, introduce double yellow lines opposite Nos. 39 to 43 Seagrave Road, revoking a section of shared use parking place in this location.
(f) the north-east side, extend the existing double yellow lines opposite No. 35 Seagrave Road, revoking a section of shared use parking place in this location.
(g) the north-east side, introduce keep clear zigzags outside the Fulham Ambulance Station.
(h) the south-west side, introduce double yellow lines outside No. 202 Seagrave Road, revoking a section of shared use parking place in this location.
(26) Shorrolds Road, the south-east side, revoke the existing single yellow line outside Nos. 49 and 51 Shorrolds Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(27) Sinclair Gardens, the north side, convert the existing personalised disabled persons parking place to a disabled persons parking place outside No. 11 Sinclair Gardens.
(28) Southcombe Street, the north-east side, introduce a disabled persons parking place outside No. 11 Southcombe Street, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(29) St Thomas’s Way, the north-west side, extend the double yellow lines:
(a) at the junction with Rylston Road, revoking a section of the single yellow line in this location.
(b) at the side of No. 88 Rylston Road, revoking a section of the shared use parking place in this location.
(30) Stanwick Road, the south-west side, introduce single yellow line Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm opposite No. 20 Stanwick Road, revoking a section of the shared use parking place in this location.
(31) Tournay Road, the north-west side, introduce double yellow lines outside No. 6 Tourney Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(32) Townmead Road, both sides, introduce no loading at any time restrictions outside Nos. 8 and 10 Townmead Road.
(33) Vernon Street,
(a) the north-west side, introduce shared use Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm permit holders (E) and payment max stay 2 hours parking places opposite Nos. 4 and 5 and Nos. 6 to 8 Vernon Street, revoking the double yellow lines in this location.
(b) the north-west side, convert the double yellow line to single yellow lines Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm opposite Nos. 5 and 6 Vernon Street.
(c) the south-east side, convert the existing shared use parking place to double yellow lines outside Nos. 4 to 8 Vernon Street.
(34) Walham Grove, the north-west side,
(a) convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines opposite Nos. 58 and 59 Walham Grove.
(b) extend the existing loading restrictions opposite Nos. 61 and 62 Walham Grove.
(35) Wheatsheaf Terrace, both sides, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines on the bend outside and opposite No. 5 Wheatsheaf Terrace.
(36) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
