and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area)

(Amendment No.37) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the Order:

1. To Revoke the Resident permit parking bay on the Southeast of The Causeway, Braintree.

2. To Revoke the Limited Waiting Bay Mon-Sat 8am - 6pm 1 hr nor return within 3 hrs (excluding Bank Holidays) adjoined to the Resident permit parking bay on the Southeast of The Causeway, Braintree.

3. Introduce a Resident Permit holders parking bay on the Southeast of the Causeway, Braintree increasing the capacity from the previous bay.

4. Introduce Limited Waiting Bay Mon-Sat 8am - 6pm 1 hr nor return within 3 hrs (excluding Bank Holidays) adjoined to the Resident permit parking bay on the Southeast of The Causeway, Braintree reducing its capacity from the previous bay.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL755 232 revision 0 replaced by TL755 232 revision 1.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brent Hall Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Green Road to its junction with The Chase a distance of approximately 155m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th June 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2361740 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Brent Hall Road, Sampford Road, Hawkins Hill, Finchingfield Road, High Street, Moor End Road, Anso Road, High Street, Bumpstead Road, Hempstead Road, Water Lane, North Street, Haverhill Road, Chapel Street, Finchingfield Road, Cornish Hall End, Little London Hill, Howe Street, Duck End, The Causeway, The Green and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Coggeshall Road, Kelvedon)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 40m south east of its junction with Doughton Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03162595187/FH -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fire hydrant repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via B1024, A120, A12, B1024 and vice versa (with access only into Station Road, Coggeshall Road, Kelvedon Road, Grange Hill, Bridge Street, The Gravel).

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(North Street, Steeple Bumpstead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street, Steeple Bumpstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 80m south west of its junction with Haverhill Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th June 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00809JUNEASSX973 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via North Street, Water Lane, Hempstead Road, Bumpstead Road, High Street, Anso Road, Moor End Road, High Street, Finchingfield Road, Hawkins Hill, Sampford Road, Brent Hall Road, The Green, The Causeway, Duck End, Howe Street, Little London Hill, Cornish Hall End, Finchingfield Road, Chapel Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 245m in a north west of its junction with Cornish Hall End for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01310750109 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Cornish Hall End, Little London Hill, Howe Street, Duck End, Spains Hall Road and vice versa (with access only into Tinkers Green Road).

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Windermere Drive, Great Notley)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Windermere Drive, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 90m in a north westerly then south westerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in Windermere Drive, Great Notley in the District of Braintree from its junction with London Road to its other junction with London Road as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Windermere Drive, Black Notley) (One Way Traffic) Order 1980' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure/suspension is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2357814 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via London Road, Windermere Drive and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bamboo Crescent, Braintree)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bamboo Crescent, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mill Park Drive for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th May 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03163179319/3 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sluice valve repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water

An alternative route is available via Mill Park Drive and vice versa (with access only into Bamboo Crescent).

The Order came into effect on 9th May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Braintree Road, Panfield)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church End for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd June 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WF0P1H3F - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via B1053, Water Lane, Hulls Lane, Daw Street, B1057, B1054, Four Ash Hill, A1017, A131 and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 9th May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Braintree)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Garrett for a distance of approximately 280m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th May 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD02310726806 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, Convent Hill, Broad Road and vice versa (with access only into Church Lane and Church Street).

The Order came into effect on 9th May 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Deanery Hill, Bocking)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deanery Hill, Bocking in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Panfield Road to its junction with Church Lane a distance approximately 500m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th May 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005PNF-7869-DH - Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial reinstatement works are undertaken by Gigaclear.

An alternative route is available via Church Lane, Coldnailhurst Avenue, Panfield Lane and vice versa.

(Jaspers Green, Shalford)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Jaspers Green, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 220m south east of its junction with Water Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th May 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFGT254T - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kings Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Glebe Avenue to its junction with Panfield Lane a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th May 2024 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005BCKW-1821-KR- Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while defect repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheepcotes Lane, Silver End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lyons Square for a distance of approximately 150m in a north easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sunnyside, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Panfield Lane to its junction with Bunyan Road a distance of approximately 150m. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sunnyside, Braintree and Bocking in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 20m north of its junction with Rayne Road for a distance of approximately 90m in a north westerly then north easterly direction.
