Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for Ash Die Back inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2024 to 19th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Access From Chapel Road To Piggery, Fraddon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fraddon. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Access From Chapel Road To Piggery, Fraddon from junction on Road To Indian Queens From Fraddon to junction on Pit Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for works to build joint chamber and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th June 2024 to 14th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Bowling Green To Treskilling, Bugle from approximately 80m west of entrance to Tretharrup Farm to outside Fernleigh.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2024 to 25th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction With Eden Access Road To Trethurgy, St Austell from outside Rose Cottage to outside No 10.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 21st November 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 6 in the Parish of St Wenn between grid references SW 95994:66128 to SW 96082:66153.

The Order which commenced on the 1st November 2023 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 21st November 2024. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 21st May 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to missing footbridge and collapsing boardwalk.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting, gully sucking and desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2024 to 21st June 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
