Mansfield Road - Street Parking Places
What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF LUTON (STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 2024.
NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Borough Council, the Highway Authority for the said Borough, intends to make the above Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The general effect of the Order will be to:
1. Introduce 6.6 metre long disabled badge holder only parking bays outside No’s 59 Mansfield Road, 11 Britannia Avenue, 13 Saxon Road, 97 Dallow Road, 40 Highbury Road, 38 Shirley Road. 48 Dallow Road.
2. Remove a disabled badge holder only parking bay from outside No’s 51 Ferndale Road, 8 Portland Road, 28 Surrey Street.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should write to me at the address below, or email highways@luton.gov.uk setting out the grounds of your objection by no later than Wednesday 12th June 2024 quoting reference MK/TRO/P2225
