CITY OF BRISTOL
(BELL CLOSE AND ACCESS BETWEEN 41 AND 43 TILING ROAD TO BELL CLOSE, HORFIELD, BRISTOL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES AND FOOT PASSENGERS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended intend to make an Order the effect of which will be:
1. to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of road as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice; and
2. to close, temporarily to pedestrians those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
Exemption will be provided in the Order for vehicles or pedestrians requiring necessary access to premises situated on, adjacent to or accessible only from those closed lengths of road as specified above.
The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads and will be operative from 7th June 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closures may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 7th June 2024 and 21st February 2025).

(BRIDEWELL STREET, CITY CENTRE, BRISTOL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Bridewell Street which extends from Nelson Street to Rupert Street.
The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and will be operative from 10th June 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 10th June 2024 and 14th June 2024).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
northbound: Nelson Street, Silver Street, Bridewell Street (part unaffected)
southbound: Rupert Street, Christmas Street, Nelson Street
(HENGROVE WAY, HARTCLIFFE, BRISTOL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended intend to make an Order the effect of which will be:
1. to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Hengrove Way which extends from Bamfield/Creswicke Road to Hengrove Way Roundabout; and
2. to suspend, temporarily, when appropriate signs are covered, the existing prohibition of vehicles over 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight limit in operation in Bamfield (between Tarnock Avenue and Oatlands Avenue), so as to give effect to alternative routes as a consequence of item 1. above.
The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and will be operative from 10th June 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the restrictions may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place overnight between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from 10th June 2024 to 15th June 2024).
