What is happening?

THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL

PUBLIC NOTICES

(KEYSTONE QUADRANT, MILNGAVIE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

On the 16 May 2024 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Keystone Quadrant, Milngavie between its junctions with Main Street and Breadie Drive, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.

This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Monday, 27 May until 18.00 hours on Friday, 2 August 2024.

Alternative Route

The alternative routes will be by way of Main Street, South Mains Road, Breadie Drive, Shaw Road and Nethermains Road, and these routes will be sign posted.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2024

On the 16 May 2024 The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to be observed by vehicles as detailed below, from 08:00 hours on Monday, 27 May until 18.00 hours on Friday, 2 August 2024, by reason of works being executed on or near these roads

PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS

1. From Main Street onto Keystone Road, Milngavie

Alternative Route

Alternative diversion route by way of Main Street (Northbound), Keystone Avenue and Keystone Road, Milngavie, and this route will be sign posted.

2. From Keystone Road onto Main Street, Milngavie

Alternative Route

Alternative diversion route by way of Main Street

(Southbound) Burnbrae Roundabout, and Main Street (Northbound), Milngavie, and this route will be sign posted.
