The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction At Greenbank To Belfry Memorial, Feock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Feock. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 11th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction At Greenbank To Belfry Memorial, Feock between grid references SW82026 38728 and SW82050 38732.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth. This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 13th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - High Street, Falmouth for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Keverne. This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th May 2024 to 8th June 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Penmenner Estate for its entire length, B3293 Between High Street And St Keverne Beacon between grid reference SW78668 20869 and the junction of Treskewes Estate, High Street for its entire length, The Square between the junctions of High Street and Lemon Street and Lemon Street between the junctions of The Square and School Hill, St Keverne.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in St Keverne. Where any vehicle is found to be in
contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge
Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th May 2024 to 29th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth. This prohibition is necessary for soil penetration tests and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Hulls Lane, Falmouth between property number 5 and the property named Northfield Cottage.

This prohibition is necessary for maintenance works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2024 to 3rd June 2024 and 9th June 2024 to 10th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Feock. This prohibition is necessary for blockage clearing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 12th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - La Vague, Feock for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mylor Bridge. This prohibition is necessary for works in the footway and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Lemon Hill, Mylor Bridge between the junction of Rosehill and property number 35.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Lower Market Street Penryn between the junction of St Gluvias Street and Higher Market Street.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Penryn) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1993 Higher Market Street (A.394) between a point 38 yards northwest of its junction with St Thomas Street and its junction with Saracen Place
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out cabling works.
The Order will come into operation on 12th June 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
