The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

(Access From Old Hill To Two Bridges, Launceston)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for directional drilling and rising main works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st June 2024 to 25th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Access From Old Hill To Two Bridges, Launceston between the Car Park and the junction of Old Hill.

(Baisden Road, Whitstone, Holsworthy)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Whitstone, Holsworthy. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from llth June 2024 to 13th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0500, weekdays only.

Road affected - Balsdon Road, Whitstone, Holsworthy between the junction of the B3254 between St Annes Close and Meadowside and property known as Barn Cottage, Paradise Farm.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for new gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th May 2024 to 31st May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Broadclose Hill, Bude between the junctions of Burn View and Bramble Hill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th June 2024 to 18th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Lansweden Lane To Junction East Of Sweets, Bude between grid reference SX 15548 95588 and property named Rosen Wynn

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Newtown Road between grid reference SX 29623 78157 and The Allotment Gardens and Road From Newtown Road To B3257 Between Lime Tree Way And Tremollett Road between the junctions of Newtown Road and Tregarland Close, Launceston.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for underground electrical mains installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 7th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Trebeath Lane To Station Hill, Launceston between properties known as Roasalie and Hilary.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th May 2024 to 29th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Trengune To Downend Cottage, Launceston between grid reference SX 19641 91225 and property known as Mataranka.
