(ON STREET PARKING PLACES, LOADING BAYS, PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2022
(AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make Orders under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Order would be to: -
Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on parts of Mowbray Street
Pay and Display Parking Monday to Friday 09:00am to 03:00pm on parts of Bardwell Road, Boyland Street and Neepsend Lane
Pay and Display Parking 09:00am to 03:00pm on parts of Ball Street, Burton Road, Harvest Lane, Hicks Street, Lancaster Street, Mowbray Street, Neepsend Lane, Platt Street, Percy Street, Rowland Street and Wilson Street;
And remove:
Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on parts of Mowbray Street;
A copy of the proposed Order, plans showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or in Proposed Traffic Orders on the Council website at

Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Orders, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by Thursday 6 June 2024.
