Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Various Roads in The Selby Area, Order 2024, No. 151 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Rockcliffe Court, Tadcaster, Roman
Close, Tadcaster, Rosemary Row, Tadcaster, Rosemary Court, Tadcaster, Heatherdene, Tadcaster, Prospect Drive, Tadcaster, Prospect Court, Tadcaster, Ingleby Drive, Tadcaster, South Duffield Road, Osgodby, The Glade, Escrick, Common Lane, Church Fenton & Common Road, Barkston Ash for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 01/06/24 & 01/12/24, due to footway slurry sealing. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Amendment No 42, Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 10/05/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Selby) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified:- specified:- Prohibition Of Waiting & Loading & Provision Of Parking Cliffe, Main Street, West side of road, from South of existing double yellow lines to South for 11m to join up to existing lines - Waiting Prohibited at All Times, with Exemptions. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 20/05/24, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Selby Library, 52 Micklegate, Selby YO8 4EQ during normal office hours from 16/05/24 to 21/06/24 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or
www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 10/05/24 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
