RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed Cyhoeddus Dolbenmaen Rhif 18, Bryncir o bwynt A (Cyfeirnod Grid Arolwg Ordnans SH 4879, 4342) ger cefnffordd yr A487, gyferbyn â Bryn yr Efail Uchaf, dros gaeau amaethyddol mewn cyfeiriad de, de gorllewinol hyd at bwynt B (Cyfeirnod Grid Arolwg Ordnans SH 4817, 4278) Fferm Bryn ‘Refail Isaf, am bellter o oddeutu 958 metr.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod archwiliad tanddaearol.

Yn anffodus, nid oes llwybr amgen addas ar gael.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 3ydd o Fehefin 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na chwe mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 21 diwrnod. Os na chwblheir y gwaith o fewn chwe mis gellir ymestyn y Gorchymyn am gyfnod pellach o chwe mis gyda chaniatâd Llywodraeth Cymru.

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH DOLBENMAEN NO.18)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding in either direction along that length of Public Footpath Dolbenmaen No.18 from point A (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SH 4879, 4342) from the main trunk road A487 opposite Bryn yr Efail, across agricultural fields in a south, south westerly direction to point B (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SH 4817, 4278) Bryn ‘Refail Isaf farm, a distance of approximately 958 metres.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during underground survey works.

Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative route.

The Order comes into effect on the 3rd day of June, 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. If the work is not completed within six months, the Order may be extended for a further period of six months with the approval of the Welsh Government. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 21 days.
