Ham Barn, Temporary Road Closure Due To Survey Works

Temporary Road Closure - B3006 Ham Barn Roundabout (North & Southbound), Greatham, East Hampshire

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of B3006 Ham Barn Roundabout (North and South junctions) between two points approximately 100 metres North and South along the B3006. Ham Barn roundabout can still be accessed via A3.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Northbound: B3006, Petersfield Road, A325, A3 Southbound: B3006, Farnham Road, A3

DURATION OF ORDER: from 28th May 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days, working between the hours 20:00 - 06:00).

The Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Mason Street Furniture to carry out surveys of National Highways lighting assets. Mason Street Furniture will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
