NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES FOR OFF STREET CAR PARKS
1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth hereby gives notice under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that revised tariffs for off-street car park parking places will come into effect on 3 June 2024.
2. The revised tariffs for car parks are set out in Schedule 1 below for the parking places affected by the changes together with the existing charges

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE - CATHLES ROAD SW12
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Cathles Road to facilitate Sewer Maintenance works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Cathles Road from the junction of Cavendish Road to the junction of Grove Place. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 22 May 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 23 May 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE - WAKEHURST ROAD SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Wakehurst Road to facilitate Thames Water Utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Wakehurst Road from the junction with Bolingbroke Grove to the junction of Northcote Road and from the junction of Northcote Road to the junction of Webbs Road. There will be no waiting at any time. Resident access will be maintained.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 25 May 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 2 June 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS - CHESTNUT GROVE
1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a other highway works ("the works") they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary road closure and parking suspensions as set out in paragraph 2 below.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter Boundaries Road at its junction with Chestnut Grove;
(b)No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter Endlesham Road at its junction with Chestnut Grove.
3. The Order shall come into effect on 24 May 2024, and the works are expected to be completed by 10 June 2024.
4. The Order will come into effect on 24 May 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The works are anticipated to be complete as indicated in paragraph 3. The temporary restrictions will only apply at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
5. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closures will be available for traffic in adjacent streets, as indicated by traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b)anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Burston Road to facilitate Thames Water Utility.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Burston Road from the junction of Upper Richmond Road to the junction of Ulva Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 14 May 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 17 May 2024.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Howards Lane to facilitate a new sewer connection.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle or person shall enter, proceed or wait along Howards Lane from opposite number 83 to opposite number 91. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 13 May 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 18 May 2024.
