DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE: LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE – AT ARNALL DRIVE OPEN SPACE, ARNALL DRIVE, HENBURY, BRISTOL BS10 7AR
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Bristol City Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of a property interest for greater than 6 months in duration (land) via a lease and licence to enable a transfer of the management of football pitches to a football club.
2. Full details of this proposal have been deposited together with a plan at the Reception of City Hall, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR and may be inspected free of charge Monday to Friday, during normal office hours.
3. Any representations or objections with respect to the proposal must be made in writing to Keith Chant, at the email address keith.chant@bristol.gov.uk with a subject title of “Arnall Drive Open Space OSDN” and should be received no later than 5pm on Sunday 16th June 2024 and please state the grounds upon which any representation or objection is made.

3.
